Liquid Latex
From the look of the people having a ball (no pun intended) on
the label of this product, we found it most intriguing. It looked
like my partner and I could play make believe on more nights than
just Halloween. At first I dipped my finger into the liquid to see
the effect on a small portion of my body. The smell was rather pungent,
kind of rubbery not unlike that associated with tires burning. It
took quite a bit of time to dry (over two minutes) and once it did,
was a rather sticky substance that rolled off my finger in the same
manner as a condom might.
In the spirit of the moment I attempted to cover the rest of my
body with the latex to surprise my partner. Well surprise comes
in different flavors. My partner was amused, but not in a sexual
way. I now had the pleasure of removing the latex from my body as
well as the carpet in the bathroom and the porcelain. To clean it
from porcelain was rather easy, however, here is where the problems
started. This product does not easily remove from carpet and there
are still some speckles anywhere near I tried to apply this substance
on my body. Now came the time to take it off my body. While I have
never experienced a bikini wax nor child birth, the process of removing
this substance from my body must have ranked in between - as the
moaning and screaming I had hoped to hear after I applied product
did indeed occur, but not from my partner. At the time of printing
I am still trying to regain any strand of hair I had on my body,
as it was inadvertently and painfully removed by this product. In
future if I want anything latex like, I will stick with condoms.
